Im reviewing this as my first time renting a storage unit and I didn't expect to encounter such friendly and efficient customer service! I rented a 5x5 for just this month and after i brought up my things i realized it was too small so i quickly made my way over to Pete and he helped me out with ...More a bigger space right next to my old unit! Made things very easy for me and the staff was friendly! Also really clean units and security is good

When I initially rented a storage unit approximately 1 year to the day I was quoted price at $57 per month. It was wonderful I was very pleased. 6 months later (without notification) my rate was raised to $72 per month. I was not happy but it was $15 bucks so I did not make a big deal!! Then to ...Moreday out of nowhere with no notification once again heads up extra space storage decided to increase my Rent to $105 !!! Let's remember we started at $57 a year ago. When I called the location a smart Ass employee named Joe basically told me it is. When I asked him if he thought it was appropriate to raise someone's rent nearly 90% in a years time he gave me a bullshit excuse that it's a state initiated Covid raise. ‍‍ Meanwhile my mother in law whom rents a unit 3 doors down from me did not get raised??? This place is a ripoff and they are a bunch of Shady underhanded thief's!!! I highly encourage everyone to look elsewhere for storage services in the Lodi/ saddle Brook area of Bergen county.
