Great service! Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable despite being new to the company. The directions on the website vs in-store policies weren't consistent. The unit is nice. Perhaps overpriced.

I would like to thank Lee M. for assisting me. He is very personable which made working with him from start to finish a pleasant experience. The man knows his stuff. The facility is clean and odorless. Great prices for what this specific location has to offer. I would've given a full 5 stars but ...More I have yet to move my belongs in and have a overall experience.

We have been renting from Extra Space Storage for quite some time, but needed a larger unit. Julissa was extremely helpful finding us the perfect one. We highly recommend this location.

LEASER BEWARE OF RATE INCREASE IN THE MIDDLE OF A CONTRACT! I need to write this review about Extra Space Storage in Totowa. We signed a contract for a monthly rate for a year for a 10 X 15 storage unit. Initially we were charged $187.00 per month. After 3 months our rate went up to $245. ...More No notice was given that there was going to be an extreme rate increase. I called Julissa, the representative at the storage facility who initially suggested to me to take the year lease as it would lock in the rate for the entire year. HOW SURPRISED WE WERE TO GET THE RATE INCREASE WHEN WE LOCKED IN FOR A YEAR! Hopefully Extra Space Storage will honor our contract that I signed and keep us locked into the initial rate for the remainder of the year. We are happy with the cleanliness and security of the facility and have given them great reviews to others looking for storage. How disappointing to rescind our reviews after being so pleased.
