This place just allowed robbers to raid 134 units over a four hour period of time and refuses to do anything to help those affected. No security checks at night by the staff. None of your belongings are safe here. Use a different facility.

The place had a break-in and acknowledged it was an "inside job." Their security measures are terrible. Buyers beware. Visit and compare with other storage spaces and judge for yourself.

I've been storing all of my possessions in the Montville location for just about 2 years and while I've had no problems with the facility itself I do have a problem with the way they conduct business. When I first rented at the facility and signed my paperwork for the agreed upon prices I knew ...More there may be some sort of increase throughout the years . I never in a million years would've guessed that over 2 years time my rental price would go up almost double of what I signed!?! It's absolutely insane. What have you done to the facility or to my unit over the span of time that warrants $70 increase each year? It's more than my apartment complex charged me year over year and they actually made improvements to the grounds that would warrant such an increase. I feel totally taken advantage of and I don't care if I was provided 30 days notice- removing an entire house worth of items out before that increase takes affect is not feasible. I chose to store my things to save money not to be making payments that equal a new car or half of what I would spend on living somewhere. Thanks for nothing Montville. Making my life hell.

I have no problem with the facility itself. Ive had things there for years without issue. Its the prices. Talk about robbery! The price keeps going up and up! For what?? What are you doing differently??

Clean facility, but they show absolutely NO courtesy to our country's veterans, police or fire! They claim the units are climate controlled (55-80 degrees) yet my unit is consistently 80 degrees...not too fun when you're moving two bedrooms onto the third floor of an 80 degree room in absolute p ...Moreitch darkness (because there is not a single light in the unit)! Can't wait to move my belongings out of here. Almost $300/month for a dark, hot, L-shaped corner room on the third floor. Would NOT recommend!
