This Place Is "TERRIBLE"I have My Belongings At The Storage Place Located at 2165 Jerome Avenue Bronx New York 10453. This Place is The Worst Storage Unit In The Bronx and Here is The 4 Reasons Why. 1)As Of Aug 2018 Thr Elevator Had Been Broken and Still Is As Of Today Nov 28th 2018. 2)They Hav ...Moree Movers That Bang And Break Your Belongings Up and Extraspace Storage Is Saying That The Moving Company Is Private so You Must Handle All Damaged Furniture Complaints with Complete Strangers Whom Extraspace Hired . 3)Even Though The Elevator Hasn't Worked Since August 2018, Extraspace Storage Still Charges Their Customers 100% The Same Amount Fee For Storage Space Which Itself Should Be A Crime "Robbing The Poor". And 4th and Most Important Of All, The Staff Are Very Disrespectful and Have Zero Information for The Complaining Customer. P.S. My storage Unit is On The 7th Floor and Some Others Are Forced To Walk Up 9 Flights To Get Things Out Of Their Unit. Please Help ASAP Or Cut The Prices Down To Equal The Quality Of Work That You Offer

Extra Space Storage on Jerome Ave in the Bronx (10453) is the Worst business on earth. Not one single worker is polite. Rude is an understatement. The elevator at the location has been out of order since 2017!!! Yes 2017!! If you have your rental unit on a high floor get ready to walk up dark ha ...Morellway stairs. You could be the healthiest person on the planet you will still find yourself out of breath! How bare they raise the cost of a rental unit when they have yet to fix a broken elevator?? It's been 2 freaking years. Not only is the elevator broken and you have to walk up dark stairwells, the rodents are insane and beyond unhealthy conditions. Calling the business bureau as well as the health department. Save yourself from renting from these nasty rude crooks. Don't believe me look at the cost of the unit; mind you I don't have a large unit. This unit is on a high floor.

Jeanette was so helpful ! i was going through a tough time & she made me feel so comfortable & was very helpful. I'm so thankful she was there to help me & gave me alot of information. another worker Alex even offered my boyfriend a cup of water. Very nice staff
