Terrible customer service! Their leaky roof damaged my mattress and they would even give me a courtesy months' credit! Go some place else especially since their units are not heated or cooled your stuff will get damaged for sure!

Mold and mildew damage! I rented a drive up unit to hold all my furniture from June to Sept. My mattresses, couches, some furniture and some closed boxes of clothing also had it(the part of the box touching the floor). I had to throw 5k worth of furniture away. Their insurance is horrible, I am ...Morestill waiting for them to see if they will give me a miserable 2k. I've been waiting for 4 months now for this issue to be resolved. There is no temperature control so honestly, go to Bob storage or a place with temperature control. Horrible service trying to resolve a problem caused by their leaking storage.

First time renter from Extra space storage. easy and quick transaction. friendly staff and super clean storage. I definitely recommend this place.

beware!!! they will raise the price about 40% mark up and they do not mention any of this when you sign up, plus it is not room tempered, not worth it for the price.

Please!!!! If you want to see your belongings again,do NOT leave them here. They advertise 24/7 surveillance. After a huge theft from my unit, we found out that some of the doors, including mine, do not have video coverage. They had the audacity to tell us to check with other businesses on th ...Moree property to see if they recorded anything... Funny that is not what the onsight manager told me when I met him. Very deceitful.
