I went this past Saturday to get something from my storage unit. My unit is inside but on the first floor. From the moment i walked in, you could smell the horrible smell of a type of animal or something. I went in to my unit and it was horrible. There were tons of mice droppings everywhere. I ...Morestarted to move my boxes and mice started running out! I pulled one huge box and kicked it outside, about 12 mice ran out and ran into other peoples storage units! It's so disgusting. I called and complained and there was basically nothing they could do. I'm getting my stuff out of there ASAP. They weren't even professional and haven't even called me to follow up on my occurrence. I will write to corporate because this shouldn't happen to anyone!

Great place to store. Paul is great very helpful. I would recommend storing here. Very clean and customer service is out of the world
