Excellent service. Very friendly people. Heather was incredible. I give 4 instead of 5 because my storage unit has a hole through which it could be easy to peek into

I used to feel that this place can easily be given 3-4 stars. That quickly went downhill after a conversation I had with John, the site manager. I received a letter that my price would be increased. I'm already paying an inflated rated. Keep in mind, my storage unit is on the third floor in the ...Moreback of the building. He said that I'm below market already and I would be denied a decrease in the rate. I asked to have the regional manager, Jason, give me a call and he stated that he would give him the information but he probably won't call me back. I'm overwhelmed by such an extreme lack of customer service. I then considered possibly leaving this storage facility and he had no problem with me canceling. Keep in mind I work at least 70 hours a week and having to move to another facility would be overwhelming to my schedule. It's amazing that they would be willing to lose a customer over such a small amount of money. Maybe take a class in business and you will learn that "word of mouth" can be your greatest downfall. I've also placed a security camera in my unit because on multiple occasions, my unit has definitely been tampered with. In this day and age of social media and online reviews, Extra Space Storage should consider better business practices.

Our service has been great so far. Heather was extraordinarily helpful from the moment we started moving our furniture and boxes in. The hours are pretty good, and getting into/out of our unit is easy and feels very secure. We've been in to move more stuff about 4 times and it's never been over ...Morely crowded, nor has it been difficult to find a cart to move heavier items.

Booking the unit online was fast and easy. I received a follow up phone call from a friendly representative shortly thereafter to confirm my reservation and see if there was anything I required to facilitate my move. The day before my actual move I went to the facility and met the friendly staff ...More. I then toured the facility and ensured the unit I booked would meet my needs. The process was fast, easy and efficient; the facility was clean, well secured and well lit. My move day went seamlessly. There were plenty of carts available to facilitate the move in and the staff were wonderful!

The rates are decent. You can get a month free online. The facility is clean and there is music playing on the floors so if you have to spend a lot of time inside, at least you have tunes. No complaints here.
