Extra Space Storage (Currently Closed)

Don't make the same mistake I did. I rented a tiny space in 2013 at a rate of $44 month when it was SmartStop. Then it was sold to Extra Space Storage. Since the rental agreements are month to month, they are pretty much free to hike the price any time they want. Now a few years later, my ren ...Moret has more than doubled to $100/month. This practice started under SmartStop, and seems even worse with Extra Space Storage. Additionally, there are three access doors/parking bays. For more than a year, one of the three was broken, making it much more likely that I would have to wait until a bay was free. Obviously it is difficult to move out of a storage area, making it unlikely you will go elsewhere. I will be vacating ASAP, as there doesn't seem to be any end to the price increases.

Very pleasant, organized and professional. This facility is spotless clean and very easy to access. Very comforting security ...Moreprotocols in place. Plenty of hand carts available. The office/store has a variety of boxes,packaging tape, locks etc. for purchase. Thank you, Nina for making this a stress free experience.
