This is a good location right off of the highway. The rep (Angie) was very thorough and multitasked as she was the only employee on the premises. They have good deals on the first 2 months.

The team went above and beyond with my move. I made arrangements to store my items at Extra Space (Edson Ave, Bronx NY) a day prior to my move. When I arrived at the storage facility about 30 minutes before closing, I thought I'd be turned away because it would surely take me longer than 30min t ...Moreo unload my items....so I made arrangements at 'the storage place across the street.' When I arrived at Extra Space I told the manager (whose name escapes me, sorry dear), that I would need to retract my reservation as they were closing...the manager kindly looked at me and said, "absolutely not, I'll stay late and personally help you move in to one of our units." I was floored. It took us 1.5 hours to move all my items in the unit and she and her team helped me the entire time. Things like this don't happen often but when they do, they are greatly appreciated. This company is great. I HIGHLY recommend them. *Thanks so much. You made my move..literally*

Awesome. 24 hours is a plus the new people in the front is way better then last year ghetto people.

Bait and switch all the way. All week long, its "come in to lock in that web price. Its the only one available. Its 66 dollars, lock it in" Get to the store, its about. "Sorry, dont know who told you that. Dont see anything in our system for 66 dollars. Those are web prices, the store has a ...Moredifferent price. Its 88 dollars now." I explain I just spoke to a rep last night. All I get was apologies and new price quote. I went right across the street and got an honest deal.

I am just beginning my experience with this company. Thus far Erica rocks and Joseph. Thank you. Erica addressed every concern. Joseph was understanding when my moving company was late. Both workers were accommodating and friendly.
