Terrible customer service! Had a problem with the local facility and the manager was not helpful at all. Tried to contact the regional manager and did not even get a return call.

The customer service is HORRIBLE beyond HORRIBLE. The manager Tanya Mejia has the most arrogant, negative and hostile attitude. She puts out nothing but negative energy as you can see she is a miserable person. I would highly recommend finding another storage facility.

I received GREAT service from the team at Extra Space Storage in Port Washington. I had a complicated move to another country and they were very helpful and knowledgeable and they were always super pleasant. I would recommend this facility!

Moved my Company from New Hyde park to Port Washington about 2 years ago and at the time we needed 3 units. The manager Ms. Mejia was very helpful and accomodating. She enabled us to get all 3 units in the same building on the same hallway. Over the lifeof this relationship we have downsized, ch ...Moreanged units and changed payment methods, all without a hitch. Excellent Service.

Wow if I could give a worse review I would. They are still ripping people who are incumbent customers off with massive and frequent price increases. Still they say you can talk with front desk and negotiate. Not true, we have tried and been told corporate will call us, they don't. Manager at p ...Moreort Washington front desk has lied to us on several occasions about this. Tanya Mejia. We have reported all to consumer reports and others are pursuing legal action against this rip off business. Move in date, August for $127 and by December it's $163. Expect $20-39 increases on a 3-4 monthly basis. We have sent a friend in to sign up and they have been given the lower (approx $127) rate) for sign up at this time as they charge us $163 and up. When you move in they know you are captive and hit you.
