So far so good. Clean and convenient. Unlike the facility where I am moving from, here there aren't half a dozen "managers" twidling their thumbs. Two people only at extra space who are kind and considerate. Since I don't get home until seven during the week I wish they were open to 8, but I k ...Morenew this when I got my room so it's not really the nature of a complaint

Clean and professional facility. The staff is very helpful. Make sure you check out the Internet deals before going in. They will honor the same price in person but you have to ask for it. I never leave reviews but this past Monday, Tiara from Extra Space Storage was awesome! I've never been to this storage space before and I asked for directions to my unit. She was very helpful and guided me to my unit and answered all my questions. She even checked in on us later on to make sure ...More everything was good. I really appreciated her kind demeanor.
