This location should be closed! And the employees there very obviously hate their jobs and are probably better off panhandling for a living. NO ONE is helpful. Place appears to be clean but is actually Gross after hours and to make matters worst they have a policy in which they raise your rates ...Moreevery 5-6 months even though a lower rate is advertised online! RUNNNN from wasting your $$ and time here.

Con-artist... I rented a unit and 4 months later they increased my rate $20 more a month without notice. They lied and said they mailed a letter to which I never received. They stated they reserve the right to increase my rate whenever they see fit. So disgusted! Find somewhere else.

Have had to change unit sizes 3 x's in last 12 months. Staff very helpful, cordial and professional. Mgr Alex and Jason The Best!

Still till this day this storage complex has been infested with all types of rodents, I had my stuff stored in boxes and bins and are now ruined with the smell of rodent feces and droppings all throughout it's just disgusting. The third floor smells like a living rat hole. As soon as you get off ...More the elevator the scent takes over. I'm now waiting weeks for the insurance to cover the things that were damaged. ( the insurance people have answered the phone once over the past month and a half & barley answer emails ) My purses were bit up and clothes distroyed, I even have brand new shoes in their boxes with poop and pee on them. Also I literally saw a mouse run out of my fuzzy carpet! Hell was let loose that day ! But despite how nice the staff are and how new the place seems. It is dirty and I would not recommend storing anything here unless it's like yard stuff or things that can be sanitized washed with a hose or deeply cleaned and sanitized. Also make sure you insure your stuff for the highest value . My insurance was $2,000 being the minimum and that barley covers how much my purses, laundry and shoes cost to clean/ replace after having this mess. They also ask you for receipt to show when you bought the things you stored. I never expected this also being that my unit was on the third floor ... ew that means they are all throughout the building. Do not store anything that is used in your home that you will be in direct contact with because it will be ruined ! Literally disgusting Usually I wouldn't even leave a terrible review but hell no! People need to be informed! Hopefully no one takes these home with them. If I read a review like mine before storing my stuff I would have sold it and started brand new after my move . Because I lost a lot of my valuable things hope this helps someone & I don't need a comment saying you hope a better next . If you would like to help contact the insurance company . Claim ESPR052759 and encourage them to replace my stuff.
