This storage facility satisfied me and I'm extremely hard to please....lol..Edwin was great and extremely accommodating Jill was also helpful... I highly recommend them.

I've had a 5'X10' unit here for exactly a year, and in that time I've had my monthly rental fee jacked up TWICE. That is a 28% fee increase in twelve months. So, since I now have all the evidence I need that this joint is going to continue raising the rental fees I'm going get my stuff and move ...Moreit elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. Oh, and some icing on the cake: about a month ago a woman in their office called me on my cell phone and accused me of dumping a washer and dryer next to the dumpster on the premises. I haven't owned appliances like that since I sold my house 7 years ago and moved into an apartment. I told her it wasn't me and she insisted it had to be because she saw me enter the facility on the camera. I said that fine, but do you have me on camera dumping a washer and dryer? She said she didn't but knows my car entered the facility. I finally told her I didn't have time for this, I didn't dump a washer and dryer, and I had to get off the phone and back to work. She said "OK" and that was it. No apology, no contrition for blaming a customer for something they didn't do.

Highly reccomend! Clean..secure ..reliable. Ive rented a few units from this company. Dawn is excellent..very helpful..professional !
