You can't really write a good review on rented space. The place is clean, the lockers vary in size, and there's nobody around when I go. Egregious rental rate increases (every nine months) means I am moving out soon. They claimed they sent me a notice about the rental rate increases but I never got a thing in the mail in over three years! The charges just show up on my credit card at their whim. Management could not care less and ...More offered no logical explanation or solution. They are gougers!

I had been satisfied with the attitude of customer service and with the people I contacted on site until John called me!! The way John handled my case had totally changed the image that I had had with Extra Space Storage!! Was he reflecting the truth how this company handles its customers!? ...More I called customer service, expressed that I had a concern about their recording the date of birth in the document. I expressed that the company has all our personal information - our driving license numbers; bank account numbers shown on our checks or credit card; our addresses, and now with the date of birth, if it could be avoided, it would be better to minimize customers' personal information. The customer service gentleman seemed professional, was trying to understand my concern and suggested to have someone to call me. I reiterated that my intention was only to reflect this from a customers' point of view and did not necessarily require anyone to call, however, I finally accepted his suggestion. When John called, he went straight through and said they could not not to record customers' date of birth, if I could not accept it, they could not accept me to rent their unit but had to kick me out!! Without further understanding if this was my wish to stop the lease, he further asked me when I signed the lease and said he could arrange a refund!! What a customer service!! He apparently showed he wanted to kick out anyone who is not accommodating. I would say this guy is absolutely in the wrong position!! Isn't it not normal to have customers expressed their opinions? A professional way of talking and understanding could have turned it a good opportunity to create a better relationship which would lead to a better reputation! Unfortunately, John's ego attitude had not only showed his unprofessionalism, it showed poor service of this company!! John tried to show me that I was only a tiny bit of its business kingdom! If this is representing this company's managerial stand point, this "service" company is definitely heading to the wrong direction!!

The office staff was super helpful in reserving my storage unit. The hours of the office and storage facility itself are very convenient. So far, I have had a pleasant experience renting in this facility and would recommend it to anyone who needs space!

Facility is extremely clean and afforable. The staff is courteous, patient and informative. Facility acess times are convenient.
