Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a storage company. I made a small mistake in renting my unit -- specifically, I didn't put in a start date... because I wasn't prompted to. So it automatically signed me up for a start date that day, when I didn't want a rental for another two weeks ...More. I was then sent a copy of the lease to sign, which I did not sign, because I realized the start date was wrong. So I called immediately to ask for a refund, to which they replied they would refund me only partially -- they would keep the $25 administration fee because I signed the paperwork. I told them I did not sign the paperwork. Lo and behold, I open my email, and there's a copy of the lease that appears to have been signed by me. They refused to believe that I hadn't actually signed the paperwork, and they refused to give back my $25, even though I called less than one minute after realizing the error. It's not like they spent time prepping the unit. So in short, they kept my $25, and they forged my signature. Absolutely terrible customer service -- no sense of human decency whatsoever.

For starters, we had no complaints with unit under the previous ownership. Under current ownership we were forced to increase our monthly dues by 20% of what we had previously paid for the last 2 years. Our unit is on the top floor and when my wife recently stopped by to drop off a few boxes wit ...Moreh our two small children, the elevator wasn't in service. She brought this to the attention of a staff member and he simply told her they would work on getting it fixed, while offering zero further assistance. Mind you she had walked several blocks with these boxes and wasn't looking to head back home with them. Some simple assistance up the stairs would have sufficed. She had a stroller, all she needed was for someone to help carry a box or two up while she carried our youngest who's under a year old. Luckily a good samaritan customer witnessed her in distress and came to her aid. This kind person also remarked that she was disgusted with the service. If you have a vehicle, I recommend use ANY other storage provider in the near and far vicinity!

I needed to downsize my unit. Stacy D. was extremely helpful and patient in showing me alternatives and explaining the various sizes available and differential price points. Additionally when I decided on the smaller unit, she ensured that the new unit was clean, prior to my moving my items. ...MoreBoth Stacy and Jasmine were extremely helpful in helping to facilitate access to the elevator during my move between units (different floors). Finally both Stacy and Angie were extremely helpful in processing the credit for my current unit/payment for new unit. I should add that I had my 7 year old son with me throughout the process and they easily engaged with him.
I just purchased a unit over the website. When I arrived, it became clear that the unit that was held for me was not close to the dimensions I paid for. What could have been a tense and unpleasant situation was instead handled excellently by their on site staff! Ivanna G was able to find me a su ...Moreitable unit, transfer the acct, and set me up, all while dealing with multiple customers and being the only employee on site. In short: I hope the website issues with booking/reserving units are fixed in a timely manner and Ivanna was an all around excellent employee.
