Great customer service! I was so impressed that the staff member knew multiple customers names. It was super easy to move everything in, especially with the cart she lent us. :)

In the years I spent as a customer, I watched my rate go up, but never understood why. Especially after the 60% increase several months ago. Did they use it for paint? No, the place has giants holes in the paint. For cleaning supplies? Nope again, it's far from clean. For climate control? Nope. ...MoreIt's a 40 degree swing depending on what door you open. All I got for it was the same thing I had before it. A 10x10 box is a unkept building. But like any abusive relationship that's over, and now I pay $100 less per month in a newer, more secure building with a company that wanted my business.
