I am soo happy I gave this storage a chance, very clean, organized. Tennile greeted me and showed me the different units, helped me decide on the proper storage and didn't push anything on me. Thank you

Happy and pleased for the Customer Service received here today, 02/13/19. It's not my first time at this location, they treated me like family here, so I'd always return. I was moving out of state for work and wasn't ready to move everything so I stored things here.I found it to be clean and nice.l felt some of the desk people were a bit rude or rough around the edges but others were nice so I over looked it.l moved and the job didn't go as well as I expected ...Moreso I was unemployed. I got behind in payments and got close to losing my but I got a certified letter and I got the money and caught up also my partner put his credit card on the account so if this happened again I would be protected. Fast forward I am in the same situation again this time I was blindsided. I called to pay the bill and my stuff had be sold. They say they called. I didn't get a certified letter. Also they had reversed the charges back to my partner's card.I would imagine a percentage of people who use these services are in a jam with money and it must get close for a lot of people. I don't feel I got the proper notice .I was so broken by this I feel a piece of my life was put in the garage with no regard. My great grandparents photos so many things that only mean something to me I can't tell you the hurt I felt and feel as I am writing this. It would be easy to say it's my fault and l get that but everyone should have unquestionably notice in these situations. When I called that morning. The way I was spoken to was heartless rude and insane . I asked a few questions like when why wasn't I notified and can I see paperwork that proves I was sent a certified letter. This leonora person was so awful and should not be working with the public in anyway. Said we don't have any paperwork. You have been behind before. She was so nasty and unkind. I said I lost a lot of things I feel like I am missing a chunk of my life.How would you feel if it were you?By then I am in tears I was so upset. She said I not going to bring my personal stuff into this, I said you don't have a problem bringing your personal judgments into this. I said I'm done you are just an ×ss.To me even if I was 100percent wrong after a loss like this no one should be treated like this and they should have to provide paperwork to backup their action.This whole thing was very sketchy and unprofessional and they should hire people with a little humanity. I have nothing good to say about this business but its clean.If they ever provided me with the paper work I would apologize and write a different review but what I said about the messed up horrible customer service stands. Save yourself the rudeness and hurt there are plenty of options don't use these people!!

Extremely clean and organized. The staff member we dealt with was good. Public toilet facility was out of service during our visit so I danced a bit as we stored. Good deal except their locks cost $20. We got ours at a corner store for $5.00. They shut down at 7pm and this was new to be as we ...More had 24 HR access at other branches we've used before. Overall, I recommend. The End.

So I'm new to this storage stuff and I have been doing research and google review hunting and finally decided to go with extra space. I also specifically chose this location due to all the high praise of the staff and others experiences from reviews on multiple platforms, and I'm glad I did! Fel ...Moreicita had initially helped me over the phone when I had called with questions. She answered them very informatively and the experience was already feeling good from the moment we ended the call. A few hours later I went in to check it out, she showed me around and explained all the details. I had a lot of questions and even expressed concerns about things I had read about with rates going up over time amongst other customer complaints that concerned me and some other things. She listened to each question and addressed all of my concerns very efficiently and I could not have been more happy! I left there with a new unit and very proud to have chosen that location. The atmosphere is super welcoming when you get there (and extremely clean!) The staff feels like they function as a team which is rare and a blessing. Felicita also makes sure everyone stays safe during these trying Covid times and doesn't play when people wanna try it and come in without a mask (if this offends any Karen's or anti-maskers that's fine because I don't want you bringing your covid droplets into where I do business anyway so BYYYEEEEE). She was a gem and a wonderful help with entering the realm of storage life. Thank you for your honesty and kindness and for making sure people act right with those masks!
