This place is simply the best. From the first phone call to my lock getting placed on my new storage locker, the service has been exceptional. Durrell and Aston helped me through the whole process. Believe me, I called almost 20 storage places and so glad I chose this one. Durrell went above ...More and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and got what I needed to move in. Exceptional service, clean facility and good prices. Highly recommend.

I stored my excess furniture and belongings to Extra Space Storage located at 30 N West St., Mt. Vernon, NY because it was so conveniently located close to where I wanted to move and the cheapest price I saw on line. Their customer service was great by the name of Durren. He was friendly, pro ...Morefessional and very helpful. The storage facility was an old building, seemed clean AND I got one free month... so not so bad. I just moved and don't have enough experience yet with the storage give me sometime and I will write a review again but as far as the contents of my review is really OK.

The customer service rep (I think his name was Aston) was very kind and helpful. The storage unit was the best price I found for the space in the area. Am happy to have found them and will continue to use them in the future.

Was very pleased with the service we got from Durrell and his team. They even stayed late the night we moved in to allow us to finish unloading our stuff. Clean, secure facility and great bang for the buck compared to other providers in the NYC area.

Stopped in today after reserving a unit online. Actually ended up with a cheaper unit before walking out. Customer service was fantastic! I highly recommend this location. Price and service can't be beat!
