I reserved the space the day that I needed to store my items and got the size I needed. As soon as I arrived at the facility, I told Angela I was in an extreme hurry to catch a plane. Her and Santos were able to get my items in my unit (5x5), guide me though the contract, and get me out of there ...More in less than 15 minutes. Straight up life savers. 5 star all the way.

Until Extra Space Storage "took over" this facility from Tuck-It-Away (a family-owned company) I was extremely satisfied with the facility and with Santos, the manager. I have stored belongings here for over three years. Tuck-It-Away levied incremental, but reasonable, raises yearly. Extra Sp ...Moreace Storage took over in the fall 2017 and just raised my fee $40 A MONTH ! an outrageous gouging! This is more than the total Tuck-It-Away yearly raises over the entire previous three years for the exact same unit. If Extra Space Storage, a large nation wide company based in the Midwest, thinks that it will be too inconvenient for current patrons to go through the hassle of removing belongings to another company's facility, they are wrong. Extra Space Storage is not the only game in town and there are so many cheaper, comparable storage options. Shame on you!

My husband and I reserved a storage room and as soon as we got to the location to check out the room, Mohammed walked us through the entire process and showed us the room. My husband was in a rush to get back to work, but Mohammed was swift and thorough with the entire process. He was very welco ...Moreming and friendly. There are lots of perks about this place and they're also very accommodating. I would definitely recommend renting from here if you're looking for a storage place.

My experience with this particular Space storage has been wonderful because staff like Rod and William and Mohammed are very helpful, polite, and always pleasant to talk to. They're always there willing to help me anyway I needed help. The best customer service by far! I highly recommend this st ...Moreorage because they keep it clean and staff are helpful.
