Great experience!! I was helped by Claudia and she was super ready to help me. Very nice and spunky young lady that got me and my wife a unit on the 3rd floor. Just what i needed, although i thought that the 3rd floor might be to much work to move my stuff in, it actually was seemless. Elevators ...More are huge. The place was also really clean. Would recommend to anyone that is planning on storing. Not the cheapest, but have to consider the area and what this facility offers.

I would like commend Claudia for the best customer service that I have ever received. She went above and beyond with her service. A young woman with an amazing future ahead of her. The facility was clean and organized.

It's clean enough. The riff raff in the area never really come over when your loading and unloading. If your like me and this is the closest storage then you should use it. The bad. It smells like some fake coverup scent that is horrid. Often times you can't get a cart to load and unload. They ...More raise the rent ever 6 months. When I started it was $90 for a small unit. I currently am being charged $126. What else are you gonna do... #baylife

This is the first storage I have used so I don't have anything to compare to. My experience is pretty positive. Clean space and friendly staff. The building seems pretty secure
