My storage locker has been broken into twice and I believe it to be an inside job. On 2 occassions stuff has been stolen from my locker. th elock was still in tact and the go to excuse is that its a flea market customer. Why have cameras?

I've used these guys before and they saved me in a pinch. Once again, they saved the day and Tonia was awesome. She deserves to be recognized for her professionalism. I checked out a bunch of storage units in Oakland. The unit I rented the end it's right above the elevator and a very reasonable price. The cheapest I could find for that size in Oakland. Great security and easy drive in and out. And I basically fell in love with Tanya, she is professional and w ...Morearm and really makes you feel like she cares about you. I'm happy and I feel that my belongings are safe with her. I recommend this place highly!

First day onsite and after loading our space with the first load my smart aleck son and his friend were lacking in common sense by getting into the lift and accidentally locking themselves in there when they shouldn't have been there in to begin with. Fortunately for us the onsite manager Tanya ...More helped get them out by getting the lift working. She exercised absolute tolerance, patience and professionalism and obvious competence in succeeding in saving us from this precarious incident which could have cost us a visit from the fire Dept and which would have been very expensive for me. Thanks Tanya and thank you to extra space storage for having her with you. In her 8 years she hadn't been faced with such a challenge. If not for her swift action today's move in would have cost me an additional 5000 which would haven sucked but instead we left earlier than expected given the situation and relieved. She totally saved us and extra space gained a new and happy customer today. Thanks again to Tanya for her AAA +++ effort!!!!

I have rented storage at the Berkeley location and recently switched to Oakland for convenience. LaTanya Bennett was very knowledgeable about what sized unit we would need, I took one look as was sold. If you need storage space ESS is the place to go
