If you are thinking of storing your stuff here, think again. It has gone completely down hill from when Tuck It Away was running it and now you are on your own if you want to get any help from that location, speak to someone, or even try to call from the phone number associated with your accoun ...Moret. If you do try to call any of the THREE numbers on their website m.extraspace.com/contact from the phone they have on file, there is no way to reach someone to speak to. You have to use a different phone. As for the condition at the facility, it's appalling. Dirty, wet, dark, broken elevator, you name it.

This facilityhas gone WAY down hill since it was Tuck It Away. Extra Space are rude and unhelpful on the phone and their website is CONSTANTLY down so when you try to pay, you can't, then, you get a hefty late fee. What a shame, this used to be a great storage facility. BOO HISS
Never tried calling or using their website, but in-person these people were extremely helpful and kind to me. Whoever hired the current staff has done a very good job. The prices are reasonable, for $25/month I got a 4'x4'x4' unit, which is a great deal comparing to what I used to pay in Manhat ...Moretan. The layout of the building is extremely straight-forward: elevators, stairs, and just lanes of storage units... no labyrinth mazes at all!
Kiaa is awesome! She showed my around with enthusiasm and helped me get everything setup. Would highly recommend!
Dude. I got off the phone with this company just now and Kiaa was awful. Screaming and cursing at someone in the background while on the phone with me, and then the kicker. When I asked her for assistance she said the words "I'm not willing to help you." WTF? BEYOND RUDE. She's a horrible employ ...Moreee and a horrible person. I've dealt with her in person when I was at the facility and she's just as bad, if not worse. Part of me wanted to let this go, but I'm sorry when I deal with someone who is just so despicable I just can't. I was happy to move my business elsewhere. Other than her, things were fine. But she knocks off four stars. Horrible experience.
