While this facility is new, it FLOODS. HAPPENED TWICE IN LAST TWO MONTHS. Moved my things after several got ruined. Had to repack it all. They didn't even offer dry boxes to replace the ones we lost. Now it flooded again, but I am now on the second floor. Went to check my things after 6 ...Morepm ( access granted till 10 pm) and found that there was no way to get to the second floor. Elevators shut down for over a week due to flooding and stairwells were locked. Geez! Run away from this place! Customer service is horrible too! Cannot wait to get access to my stuff and get out. Also, got locked inside the gate one night as the code, while telling me it was correct, did not open the gate! It took 20 tries to get it to open, just as I was going to call the police. STAY AWAY!

17 minutes agoNEW This is the worst place to store. This place always floods and has roof leaks. I've sustained tens of thousands of dollars in damage. Lost furniture, memorabilia, jewelry, etc. Scores of people have lost so much here. The management does not give a crap. There has been no cont ...Moreact from them. They don't respond. They left all their renters high and dry. They knew about floods and roof leaks but they don't do anything about it. Do not use this place. You will be sorry. They stop the elevators so you can't go upstairs to see the damage. They are not transparent at all. Stay away.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. I stored the contents of my house here while awaiting a closing date on a new home. The place flooded over the summer, and I lost almost all of my furniture, mattresses, exercise equipment, electronics, household items, etc. I ended up mov ...Moreing what I had left to another unit, and the place flooded again two months later! The rest of my belongings were destroyed. Management could care less. Whatever you do, go elsewhere.

Wonderful spot to keep your stuff. Clean and awesome. I am very with the spaces and rates and the staff is top notch
