This facility is brand new and very clean!!! Plenty of parking indoors and outside. Paul was very professional and accommodating!!!!

Great location. Only 8 minute walk from the Church Ave F train station. When I came in to see the units there was only 1 guy on a Sunday, so some people had to wait for their turn to talk to him. Luckily, I came before everyone else, so I didn't have to wait. The guy named Q who helped me was ve ...Morery nice, polite and patient with me. I asked like 100 questions and he was so cool about it. Explained everything to me in the details, showed me like 6 different units (I'm annoying, I know), walked me through the facilities, etc. While walking through the facilities, I was looking for some leaks, dust and things like that, but couldn't find any. If I were forced to say 1 bad thing about this place, that would be that they don't have 24/7 security guards there, but they do have cameras all over, there is always someone there 7 days a week during the day and your stuff can be insured. Overall, I'm happy with what I got. One last thing - they gave me first month for free with no commitment. But be sure to cancel your automatic payments at least 10 days before you won't need it anymore, so you don't get charged for another month.

I needed a place in Brooklyn to store my things since I was living out of Airbnb's. It's not fun to have a trunk full of valuables while you're finding a new place to live. So I did my research and found this storage unit to be one of the newer ones in the area. Super clean and well-maintained. ...MoreFrom Booking to closing out my unit a few months later, the process was seamless. All of the staff, but especially Michael, was wonderful to interact with. There was always a cart for me to use, The elevators were always in working order, And one garage door had issues for a bit, but it's fixed now. There was always space in the drive through to park. And if there wasn't the staff helped shuffle cars around to make sure that everybody was able to load and unload without issue. I had zero problems, and nothing but praise for this location. Well done!
