Horrible. Horrible staff, horrible conditions and $$$$$ prices. I've used them twice, my first time and my last time!!

Don't park here, there are several cheaper garages right in the area (one on the same block just a little hidden, one on east 70th, for starters). Also metered parking a few blocks over. I parked here for a follow up appointment I had with my doctor at HSS. I am on crutches so can't park too far ...More away and has used the other garages nearby for far longer periods and was charged reasonable rates so I assumed this would be comparable. Definitely a mistake- charges $45 + tax for ONE hour. More than I was charged a block over for 4-5 hours. Ridiculous. Staff is not particularly friendly, but whatever. Worse was how it is laid out, you have to basically stand in the very narrow drive way to pay (no side area or anything). Then I had to stand on my crutches while I waited for my car. Most places have at least a chair (and you'd think they would considering the proximity to the hospital). Anyway, just awful and a total rip-off. Use one of the other options.
