Our office was moving, and this was one of the many companies that called us when we moved. One of the sales reps (not writing his name), had called two times inquiring about our move. Since we did not know the move date, and were still going through several companies reviews, word of mouth, etc ...More, we did not have him come in for an estimate. When he called for the 3rd time I informed him that we had a moving company already and did not need any more help, he freaked out on the phone and was angry that we didn't give them a chance to come in and give us a quote and that it was "not fair." Um completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when he hung up.

Eagle Transfer did an excellent job orchestrating the move for the company I work for from our Madison Ave location to our new space on Park Avenue. The Eagle Transfer staff were extremely thorough and efficient throughout our moving process. Ralph made sure that all of our items were appropriat ...Moreely tagged, and he assisted our employees in properly filling and labeling their crates to prevent any potential damage to items during the move. They did an exceptional job and made sure that the moving process was seamless for all involved.

I had seen Eagle's people in action during several projects as part of office relocation teams, and when the task fell on me to select a company to move a fashion company across town, I knew who we could count on. Our rep Stewart was, like everyone I interacted with at Eagle, a true professiona ...Morel. He made sure all contingencies were accounted for and that our employees knew what to expect and how to pack. His estimation skills were uncanny... we used every single one of the 700 crates and yet didn't need any more. The actual move was akin to a surgical military operation. Despite a few hitches from our building people, we had our first truckload to the new building exactly when estimated (which made me look good), and had everything moved, delivered, and cleaned up in time for me to get a reasonable night's sleep. This was an after-hours move on a Thursday, mind you. Everything in its place on two different floors, not a hint of damage. In the weeks up to the move, I was not only planning the physical logistics, but also coordinating transfers between three parent companies (the company was sold, necessitating the move), two buildings, a completely new technical infrastructure, new bureaucracies, and even the construction crews (we moved in RIGHT when the office was ready). Eagle was by far the shining beacon of this operation, the one party that continuously instilled confidence that everything would go according to plan. And, even a bit to my own surprise, it did. I would use Eagle again in a heartbeat. They were incredibly straightforward, and delivered as advertised.

I was in charge of the move for my company this year. We are a small firm of 9 people and had to move first to a temp space and then to our permanent office. We used Eagle for both moves - they were great both times. I would recommend them without hesitation
