They did a very good job! Very professional and timely. Very efficient and patient during some challenges that arose that had nothing to do with Dumbo. I have used them every move in NYC and they are always reliable.

Moved last year. Easy booking process, decent price for a last-minute booking. Problem is that they don't hire their own workers, so the crew that showed up held me hostage for a 15% premium on the quoted price (after haggling for an hour and a half to get it down from 30%) because, and I kid yo ...Moreu not: you don't have a 'normal' bed frame. For the record, their were eight screws and wood planks that pull out with easy pressure. At the end, they didn't even take apart the bed frame, which was their whole excuse for charging more in the first place. DUMBO coordinator did nothing to rectify; just said they have to defer to the guy on site, otherwise he's just going to ditch my stuff. Very poor experience. Now I have a cross-country move, will get a quote, but will take some strong assurances and guarantees on cost to get me there.

Hi. I am very happy with the pick up overall. The guys are great and I love the very organized way that they counted everything and made sure we were all on the same page about what was going, what was staying, what I would be charged extra for. Good company! Fair price! Just make you know exact ...Morely everything you are moving and exactly how many boxes so there are no surprises. Thank you, DUMBO!
