Let me tell you about diamond hands, from the start we were blown away by their punctuality compared to other moving companies we've used prior. They were extremely kind and understanding and extremely fast with packing everything up. Everything arrived perfectly even down to my $2000 tv. My cat ...More even went missing and they all stepped in and helped me find cat! Honestly I would recommend them to everyone!

Best experience in moving. They came on time, followed all the building instructions and started working. They packed everything carefully and after a long ride in traffic they assembled everything with a lot of care. They started with a fair reasonable quote and they included the COI, assembly, ...More wardrobe boxes.....all at no additional charge. They didn't ask for tips and when I gave Eli the well deserved tip, he just thanked me and didn't even check how much I gave him.

We just had a somewhat complicated move split to storage and our apartment from my old place and it went so smoothly. I've had movers in the past who were not great and slow and not helpful but AB , John and Salikh (apologies if i've messed up the names) were so helpful and personable and quick! ...More!! Not going to lie, best move experience i've had and i've moved so so many times in the last ten years and a majority of that has been in NYC. they had to even move out of my third floor walk up with actual crooked narrow fun house type stairs and handled it like champs. They offered to hang stuff for me and unwrap things and all the stuff to help me out without me asking, that other movers have not done in the past. Honestly, so professional!!! Five stars, great service. Also, the sales manager, Eli, and the person answering Yelp, Ellyor, were super quick to respond and so helpful. We booked the service two days before our move. move was on 1/23/22 at 9 am from Manhattan to Queens

If I could give 6 stars I would! Response was super quick, the truck showed up early, the crew was very nice & polite AND their rates beat all the other estimates I got. I've had some real nightmares from moving companies (who hasn't), so I was nervous going with a company I've never heard of be ...Morefore, but I'm so glad I did. The owner was very friendly too. This is the only moving company I will ever use again. BRAVO!!!

Bit of a late review here... but needless to say I will 100% be using their services again. Eli and his crew made my move from my apartment into my storage unit seamless and stress free. They handled all of my belongings with care. Highly recommend!
