Dependable Movers (Currently Closed)
If I could give Dependable Movers zero stars I would!! They lied and cheated us!! Charged us for 2 months of storage that we didn't use; then refused to deliver our property unless we paid them in full!! They added more cubic feet onto our total load!! Horrible job of loading and storing our goo ...Moreds!! We paid extra to have them pack our fragile, glass and crystal items. Terrible packing job!! 36 items were smashed, chipped, broken or damaged!! Never received 14 boxes!! Almost every piece of furniture was either broken or damaged!! Many items were unwrapped!! When we filed a 14 page claim according to their directions for loss and damages they never replied!! After calling them three times I was told that the two truckers who actually delivered our goods were out of business so our claim was no good!!! I contracted with Dependable Movers - not the other truckers they brokered our load out to!!

Choosing this company was the worst decision of my life. They are terrible. They lie and there are currently several lawsuits filed against them. The "owner" just changes the name of the company after he returns from his country of origin. He also hires his movers from Craig's List. Save yo ...Moreurself the trouble and do NOT hire them.
