I helped a family member move into a unit at the Cropsey Ave. location in Brooklyn. The GM, Lilia, was so amazing that I'm actually going to move my NJ storage to the brooklyn location! Lilia is a multi-tasking machine and was so clear and helpful with all the information we needed. The locat ...Moreion is also clean, bright and easy to load-in! Thanks, Lilia!

Paid whole month for one day. They say I have to move out on the day before the bill. They refuse to prorate or refund the difference. Also, on move in, the guy tries to force you to buy insurance saying it's state law. Reaches over the counter to hit okay on the screen before I can read it. Out ...Morerageously shady and unprofessional.
