The concierge tells you one thing when she really means another. Then when things go wrong she blames the customer and tries to hold my $100 deposit hostage. I really think she was trying to get me to forfeit my deposit to keep it for herself. Then when I got "irate" she called the cops of me . ...More Seems professional but very unprofessional. The young chubby girl with the glass should be terminated immediately. No wonder they have the cheapest prices of all the CubeSmarts ... they cant keep their customers. Dont bother with the headache hear... or you might get arrested!!!

For my first time using a storage facility I have to say that Jahnita, Kathy and Jessica are very professional welcoming and warm it was a pleasure doing business with these young ladies.

This location and it's staff made my entire moving process so simple and easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The building is clean and secure but still affordable. I'm glad I chose to store my belongings here! :)

It's the cheapest self storage around, but you might do well looking elsewhere. One employee told me one thing over the phone about the rate (honoring a discount from a third party broker that I found CubeSmart through) and then when I got there the woman processing me flippantly implied I was m ...Moreaking it up. Whatever, took it on the cheek. I think it was just $10 discount per month. I come back the next day and am rushing to get my stuff organized before their unforgiving 6:45PM lockdown. I end up stepping out of the stacks without locking my unit, and the same worker from yesterday is again hostile about why it's all my fault yadda yadda and how I now can't lock my locker till tomorrow. In the end she offers, bitterly, to go lock it for me after I leave. The whole point of secure storage is to feel your stuff is secure. If some lady who is outright rude to you, who seemingly would spit on your burger were it a restaurant, is the one going up to lock your stuff, how is that supposed to inspire confidence? Again, I would advise anybody to find storage elsewhere. Also, if you walk there from the metro station you have to walk by groups of crackheads.

I reserved a 10x15 storage unit in February 2019. The store manager, Kathy, called to speak with me and then helped me get set up when I moved in a month later. Both times I interacted with her she was kind, friendly, and helpful. However, that all changed when I moved in. Every other intera ...Morection I had with Kathy and her staff after moving in was hurried and downright rude. The facility is an odd mix of old and new. The floors are old and wooden and very dirty. The elevators are new, but very finicky. The facility is difficult to get to and doesn't feel safe. On my move out day, Kathy was openly hostile to my movers and me. She threatened to 'not check me out' if we didn't comply with her demands exactly. I cannot recommend this facility and its employees. I am thrilled to be done with them. I would encourage you to find another facility. This Cube Smart location misses the mark across the board.
