The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Unlike the reviews online, which they clearly paid to have put up, this storage facility was abysmal. When first looking at the unit, it seemed fine, until move in day arrived. The unit was not the actual size that I was told it was, ...More missing about a foot each way. There were nails protruding out of the ceiling that destroyed my couch. When calling management for the problem, I simply brushed off, no help at all. They tried to sell me a larger unit, with no discount as a solution, the gall! They kept transferring me to different people, all being as unhelpful as the last. With no answers, and no assistance, they had the audacity to send me a "friendly" reminder that my bill was due. The manager Elvis was rude on the phone like it had been my fault that I had a problem. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I have been there for little under 5 years and just moved out this week. I have never had a problem. The unit was what I needed, an outside garage type. Elvis was always friendly. They are in the process of building a climate controlled building so for those that do not want a drive up, that wil ...Morel be another option. I am satisfied with my experience here.
Brand new indoor climate controlled lockers. Very nice facility. Easy and fast signup. Associates are great.
Just went yesterday for the first time. They were very helpful. I dealt mostly with Ed. Although storage is certainly not exciting I thought the place was nice and clean and well organized. Paperwork was simple.
Wow such a positive and fast visit when I went to sign my lease for my self storage unit. Ed was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. My unit is easily accessible and I have no problems moving my items into the space. Thanks so much for providing a home for my belongings.
