Richard Dix and Joshua were wonderful to work with. They helped me with converting my 10 x 15' to a larger 10 x 20' storage unit. It got complicated because I had rented the smaller unit earlier before realizing that it was too small. They had to call corporate in order to get me the lower rate ...More on the 20' unit and had to speak with several people to get approval. I felt they were very customer oriented. The units are very clean and well maintained. I felt safe even going there at night and they have convenient hours as well.
