Well let me say overall not a bad deal. THe complimentary moving truck and driver is a great bonus. The "first month free"is ok. What I don't like are the following. There is no 24 hour access (access 6a -9 pm). 24 hour access would allow working people more options on moving and storing things. ...More I wanted to pay ahead and then have my moving day start the day I actually moved in which was three days later, but they said that's not possible and in order to get the complimentary moving truck and driver you have to notify 48 hours in advance. Last but not least, the round expensive padlock ($17.99) is not mandatory but no one said anything until after I had paid. I noticed not everyone had those locks and asked, and that's when I was told it's not mandatory but Cubesmart isn't liable if someone breaks in your unit. Then I couldn't cancel the purchase and start over because I would lose the first month free offer. So I felt a little bambuzzled by the padlock issue (I mean $17.99 for a lock!). But overall, so far, not a bad setup.

Amazing service from the moment I walked into the facility, Management team are top notch!!! Meg the general manager,Marcus and Nina (managers) They made sure I was well taken care of, all fees was explained in details. Thanks guys
My experience with cubesmart has been great. But the highlight of my visit was Angie Caballero. Always bring kind and helpful. Made my little boy feel happy when he was going through a sad time. Thank you
I have been with cubesmart for over 10+ years, first storage unit on Baychester Ave then transfered over to Marconi spot about 3 years ago. Angie has been my go to person since day 1, from transfer to move in, top notch!!! here comes the flood in September, Angie and the staff were there with us ...More, hours on end, hugging us and crying with us, because we all lost so much of our things due to the flood, you don't get service like this any place else, these folks care and it shows thru their customer service and interaction. truly thanks for being so kind.
