This place is great. After a horrible day of dealing with horrible people and a bad situation, I came here with a friend to get a storage locker. We were greeted by Nashawn, who was an absolute delight to deal with. She took one look at our faces, saw we've been having a bad day, and promptly ...Moreoffered us a bottle of water. She got right down to business, explained everything clearly, and even set us up with a van to move in the next day. Did I mention they were also the cheapest we could find online without having to travel to Lodi, NJ? So if you need a place to stash your stuff while you escape from a psycho significant other, or you're just running out of room, this is the place to go!

We had the most amazing experience with Carmen at Cubesmart. After a very stressful day with the moving company that broke items and delayed us in getting to the storage unit, Carmen welcomed us warmly. We were with our 8 month old baby and Carmen assisted us with all of our needs. Carmen went ...Moreabove and beyond staying late so our movers could complete the unload into storage. We cannot explain how much it meant to us that Carmen helped us complete the move after a long day with a baby. Her customer service was five star and therefore, we highly recommend Cubesmart.

The storage location is in a nice location. The lady who helped us out, Dorothy was very pleasant and sweet. She answered my questioned before I could even ask the. I have been wow by Dorothy&carmen... I've came to this location on bronx river Ave on many occasions,and they'd received me with a great smile.. I've recommended many customers because of there wonderful personality. I will continue to do business.

I have visited the location on 955 Bronx river Ave twice. The hours and prices are very accommodating and the ladies behind the desk are nice and very helpful. However the manager Sept Logan is very rude, cuts you off in the middle of a question , simply doesn't have a pleasant demeanor. First t ...Moreime I spoke with him over the phone and I figured he had a bad day it happens to everyone , second time same attitude , third time he had this annoyed behavior as if his job isn't to assist or inform customers on their lease or whatever transaction being made. Someone in his position should be much more pleasant and helpful. Had the prices and location not been so competitive I would not have done business with this particular location .
