The employees here were very helpful and full of knowledge. I gladly appreciate how much information was given to me. It felt good to know that my new storage unit was the right one for me and I was super happy at the end of my transaction. I called before hand and was given the same information ...More which I received when I walked in to the facility. Nothing to complain about, it is a new location so I hope they keep their customer service the same. Would recommend to anyone.

I reserved a locker online last night, and within the span of 3 hours, while I am at work, the staff from this location called me 5 times, only leaving 1 voicemail message regarding my reservation. Completely unprofessional and aggressive. I will not be doing business with this company in light ...Moreof being treated this way.

Great storage. My biggest problem was with the staff Takes meal at peak hours without another staff member to take his place. I come back at 5:20 states they close at 6:00 and he's with the last customers (Shrugged) his shoulders and shook his head later to state "come tomorrow"
Brionnie Bryant and Jason Abbot were exceptional. Both were so patient with us and our 1 million questions. They showed me the unit and told us the differences between the 2 units we were debating to choose from. They explained all of the details of the contract, the unit was super clean.
