THE WORST staff of all the public storage places I've rented in the past 20 years! Units are new and carpeting is fresh (static in the winter?). However the staff makes this location unbearable: Manager, Lisa, is unapologetic about making numerous mistakes. Lilila is hostile and dishonest. ...MoreNiAshia is 3 weeks late in replying to my full refund request. Paying rent on time? Not at this facility: they were more than 90 minutes late in opening up the office with a line of people waiting to pay their rent!

When paying your monthly rent online BEWARE. When you pay online using your credit card, you will NOT be informed that you also have to pay an additional "online payment convenience fee" of $1.95. You will be charged and informed AFTER the fact. However, if you sign up for online recurring autop ...Moreay, you will NOT have to pay that "convenience fee" every month. So sign up for autopay! If you want to make payment by phone, an additional $3.95 will be charged per payment. Basically, this company finds ways to make money off everything! Mailing a check or paying at the office of the storage facility are other payment options. In light of recent vandalism incidents/police investigation in Shell Road storage location, everyone is required to pay insurance ON TOP of your monthly rent. What a great way for the company to make extra money! Customers can be angry all they want, however, we have no choice if we need to rent storage units. Storage access hours have also been curtailed from 9pm to 7pm, in light of vandalism/robbery. That action makes sense--staff members need to be present in the office, while customers are coming in and out, to maintain a feeling of increased safety.
