Brand new, clean, secure, well-managed facility. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, as well as efficient. I'm happy with my decision to store my belongings here.

Great service, high quality facility with convenient car access for loading and unloading. High security plus police station right across the road. Highly recommended!

I just finished calling this place and the phone was picked up. but whoever picked up just continued to have a conversation about some reservation and client "Wild'in" I said excuse me and hello about 5 times but got no answer. I was shocked. Especially because i'm not even sure how the reservat ...Moreion was made that I was calling about. Im not sure how they got my number. I just don't know in general but i'm glad i'm not a client because even after this review im pretty sure they'll be talking about my "wildin'" too.

Place is clean and friendly. Great customer service Nelida Ruiz at CubeSmart gave us a Tour of the place. Gave us all the information we needed. I was satisfy that I end up getting my Storage place the same day.

In an area that can use a GOOD supermarket or something, CubeSmart buys and hogs up prime Broadway space in a major, but inferior retail shopping area for a self storage building that they could have looked for a more off the beaten path location, And, yes, they have a strip of stores out front ...More. Small stores that can't accommodate anything but very small stores, such that, in the years since it opened, only one store has been opened, a FedEx office store. If the city exercises eminent domain other places, why not do it here, and hand the property over to someone willing to open something decent (And I'm not talking Trader Joes, Whole Foods or Costco, because you all have already told us to screw off for years by opening stores in other boroughs and the counties circling the bronx without opening anything here or near here so screw off all of you).
