I moved to NY about a month ago from LA and we had a ton of boxes to put into storage. My husband and I did a lot of research and visited many storage facilities and compared all the promotions. Cube Smart by far had the best promotions and has the VERY BEST customer service. I was blown away by ...More the professionalism and great customer service that i received from the time i walked in the door until the time we were finished with our storage unit. David, Angel, and Elvis were spectacular and we dealt with them on numerous occassions. They were always very eager to help and went above and beyond to help us. If I ever needed a storage unit again i would 100% re-consider using this facility.

staff ve4ry nice, 24 hours access whats not to like, compared to the place across the street where they are so nasty bth9is place is great

I don't yelp review, but felt compelled to after my horrible experience. 1) I showed up to Cube Smart after driving 2000 miles across the country to find my reservation has been cancelled due to coming one day late. Without my consent. Without a warning, phone call or email. Apparently it was t ...Moreheir "policy". 2) manager on duty was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. A real sweetheart. You'll know who she is if you have the good fortune of running into her. Absolutely no help. I could go on, I'd suggest anywhere else...I'd rather a transient watch my belonging than ever deal with these assholes again.

If you have a mold allergy stay clear of this place - do not store your belongings here. I have a pretty severe reaction to mold, ugh. And I left furniture, clothes, books, etc stored here for 8 months while traveling and subletting. I moved into a new apartment, slept there for a week, and was ...More totally fine. As soon as I moved my belongings from Cubesmart into the new place, my eyes were watery. 3 days later, all the mold exposure symptoms are full blown. Essentially this place has toxic molds hanging out and the mycotoxin spores will get on your things. Don't do it. The price is right. The staff is friendly enough. It looks physically clean. But now I'm going to throw away / give away 90% of what I stored here.

The facility itself looks clean. The staffs are upbeat and positive. Betsy, Effrain and Adriana were very friendly and courteous. They treat you like a friend-- makes you feel welcomed. I went to two other different company storage location before this one. Man, the Stop & Stor locations emplo ...Moreyees look like they hate their job. The one at Grand Ave, the employee has no concern for customer. And the manager at the Glendale one just plain sounded rude. I was planning on using minimum 7-8 storage units, but thank god I went with CubeSmart.
