My family and i needed last minute storage for our bedroom set and tons of boxes. I walked in within twenty minutes of closing and past the allowed moving in time Ive had a rough day with the move to our new apt and Jenyfer was a life saver... quickly found the right storage unit, explained the ...More fees, and gave us a bit more time that allowed to put our things in Of all the people and places i interacted with today both Jenyfer and cubesmart were the kindest and most patient... I recommend their service and Jenyfer to all!!

Very pleased with my experience. Staff was very helpful, professional and courteous. Facility is clean. The covered parking is convenient. Getting my storage set up was handled quickly and efficiently.

Make sure you check out the unit you've reserved before finalizing your paperwork online and pay for anything. I reserved and paid for a 5x5 unit and on the day of moving in, I find out that I was given a 2x7 unit. With all other 5x5 units gone, I was basically stuck with a unit that was a real ...Morepain in the behind to get my stuff to fit. The staff did offer me a small discount for the inconvenience and were very professional the whole time, but I wish someone would've told me about the inconvenience when I called the day before moving in. Now if I want to upgrade to a larger unit, I'll have to sign a new contract which means new set of fees and a new lock rental. Not cool.

District manager Nick reached out to me and we were able to come to a solution that made me very happy. I was upgraded to a proper sized unit for the original reserved pricing. I've moved everything from the old unit into the new one and have room to spare. The move was easy and the staff was ex ...Moretremely helpful. Thanks so much for coming through for me. I do still recommend people to check the unit they reserved in person before finalizing any paperwork. But for as long as they continue to have amazing people working and managing their business, I'll continue to be a loyal customer of CubeSmart.
