Made a Reso online and was called by not the nicest or most helpful person who explained if I wanted insurance through my company the unit would have to be in the company's name- not helpful at all like other locations (extra space ) where I always had it in my name and got packages but didn't p ...Moreay for insurance because my company had it. The hours are limited and there isn't any access beyond those hours - Went in person today and waited for over 15 mins for someone to help me. The office / front store was totally empty and unattended ! Very dangerous. I sat and waited a worker finally came but was helping someone then another person walked in but he helped him not me. I got sick of waiting and left ! It is VERY HARD to pull out of the garage - very busy road and the cars on the street will block you in they don't care. If you have a car I wouldn't recommend this location there is very limited spaces. I decided to go with the cube smart literally 5 mins away on northern blvd. it's new, nice , easy parking and had many people working and willing to help me out . And was only $1 more

CubeSmart went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs and Wendy, their GM, is an absolute rock star. We live overseas and I'd had friends help me with setting up our storage, and when it came time to pick up the storage ourselves, it turns out that my friends didn't set things up prop ...Moreerly. The CubeSmart team were professional, prompt and expert at figuring things out. It's in a crowded LIC street, so they even helped us with pulling our massive moving van into the lot -- the service was that personal, that concerned with making sure we had a good experience. And Wendy -- that woman needs her own reality TV show, she is that handy, amazing and focused. I was -- and remain -- so super impressed at her handiwoman skills and it was super inspiring to meet her and see how she handled and managed our challenges. Thank you, Wendy and thank you, CubeSmart! I'll definitely be back when I have storage needs.

These guys are the best!! I always have a ton of stuff to store for work and they have made my life so much easier. They will willingly accept packages and notify you right away once they arrive. Shout out to Greg who is incredibly patient and always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Ve ...Morery clean facility as well.

The idea is great and the cubes themselves were very clean and well maintained. The customer services, however, left a lot to be desired. I dealt with two different people and they were both rude.

We have a storage with them for over a year now, and it has been a great experience. Everyone is super friendly, the cubes are clean and well maintained. Very strange to say this for a storage unit, but it is a pleasing experience to go there. I particularly want to thank JR who is always helpfu ...Morel and very nice.
