I had a very positive experience with this company. With people who are moving in and out for whatever reason they offer good service. The unit I rented was for a month I paid $37.00 for a month. It's $62.00 a month moving forward. Vivivania was the perfect lady. Grace and kindness.

When we needed a storage unit to start packing and storing stuff for a move, we came to this location because it was close to our current home. Viviana helped us and she definitely went above and beyond. She went through the prices of the unit, comparing two small ones to a medium one and even l ...Moreooked at the prices in different locations for us (since they could be different). She left no stone unturned and even told us that if in 6 months we still had the unit, the price may go up. In the end it was her honesty and knowledge that made us pick that location and her recommendation for two smaller units instead of a bigger one. Since I am a supervisor in customer service, it made me so happy to see an Employee like Viviana, and I so impressed that I was ready to offer her a job!
I have needed cubesmart and both time impeccable service, the staff 10 stars unlike Dumbo moves and this is a warning stay far from them they not only destroy your good tv, shoes, computer, charge you 100.00 to visit your things and a full monthly fee to move your things out yourself. Just got a storage unit and the facility looks very clean and the customer service was excellent. Kendall, the manager, went the extra mile to show me different units and answer all my questions. I never really post reviews but I was really impressed by her efforts, patience and positivity.
