CSI Mini Storage (Currently Closed)

My quest through the rough economic times continues, so I've had to move most of my stuff into storage. I did some research and CSI is one of the affordable storage facilities in the East Bay. Now keep in mind, this is a low budget storage facility. The gate is only open from 7am-7pm, so don't s ...Moretore anything you might need to access in the later evening. The space is good, but you do get what you pay for. The staff is professional, but a bit on the unhappy side. I guess life isn't so hot when you work alone at a storage facility. The Good: PRICE, space, & security. The Bad: Staff, gate hours, & location. I'm giving them 3 stars cause it suits what I need. If you are looking for an affordable place to store your crap...this place will do. Need more quality to your storage unit with 24/7 staff...I'd recommend a larger company like Public Storage. CHEERS!

The people that run this storage place are some of the rudest individuals I have run across. They are inept at running their business and when they screw up - on billing in particular - it's the clients fault not theirs. We are a business and have a unit there. We were on billing terms with t ...Morehem but they could'nt get their act together to send us and invoice on time, and some months no invoice came at all. They locked us out of our unit and when we went to credit card terms with them they STILL screwed up the billing, sometimes billing us for more than one month at a time. Mistakes happen sure, but no one needs a heaping helping of attitude on top of their screw up - which they take no responsibility for. I would avoid this place like the plague.

I have to agree with the previous review. These people don't have a clue when it comes to the business end and I've never appreciated the load of attitude I've received over the years. If it wasn't such a hassle to move this stuff I would have changed locations long ago.

Sorry to disagree with the previous two reviews, but I had a great experience with CSI Mini Storage. I went overseas and the billing got screwed up and they were very patient with me. Moving out was super easy, as they provided two big guys and a truck and everything was fast and efficient. The ...Morestaff was always super nice to me and ready to help. I left for nine months and when I got back, all my stuff was in tip-top shape, nothing was wet or broken or damaged by pests. When I moved out of the unit, the process was, again, super fast and easy. Would definitely go with CSI storage again.
