A total ripoff, taking advantage of theatre goers and tourist less than 3 hours for $60.00. Find another parking place. The staff is very cold. They just want you out after you pay a fortune.

Do not park here unless you want to be overcharged. I asked about the rates before parking here and was told one price. After the show we came back to find out it was double the price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this parking garage.

To whom it may concern We parked at your garage @ 1601 Broadway New York on 12/13 2019 @ 3:33pm we picked up our car at 11:51am the next 12/14/2019 we had our parking stub validated by our hotel then your attendant proceeds to tell us 72dollars when I said it was supposed to be cheaper becaus ...Moree it was validated. He RUDELY told me that's the charge I said I had the ticket validated he said NO THATS THE CHARGE then I told him to give me my ticket back on going to hotel then he says OHH you had it validated after telling HIM TWO TIMES. Then he proceeds to tell me we stayed longer then 24 hours so it was going to be more . I think your computer must be calculated WRONG because 333pm to 1151am is NOT OVER 24 HOURS. At this point I had had enough and said get my car he charged me $55. Meanwhile I was told 45 prior because of affiliation to hotel . I think it is so sad that your company rips people off especially during the holiday's and many people would be Naive and just pay. Respectfully an unhappy customer.
