A good friend recommended Commander Moving to me so I included them as one of 3 companies I contacted for bids on packing and moving me from San Francisco to Northern Sonoma County. They were the company I chose, both because my friend has the highest standards when it comes to service and the ...Moreestimate turned out to be the lowest. The team of Dominic, Efreim & Hiruing was amazing...they arrived on time and had my entire house packed and loaded on the truck in just 5-1/2 hours. They were polite, efficient and very careful with all of my belongings. When they arrived at my new home the following morning, everything was unloaded and in the proper room in 1-1/2 hours. They moved two extremely heavy dressers upstairs to the bedrooms and I was afraid they wouldn't make it because the stairway was too narrow for all 3, but they somehow managed and never complained. It was impressive (and a bit scary) to watch! The best news of all was that they came in at the low end of the estimate and I have an extra $1k to spend on home improvements! A huge thank you to the entire Commander Moving company.

I am back 5 years later to make another rave review of this business! We had to move somewhat unexpectedly a month ago and Commander was not only available but also responsive, reliable, and professional. They came out to give us a quote first and just like last time the hard working movers bust ...Moreed their butts to move us so efficiently that we came in under budget. The movers were friendly and worked creatively to fit everything into the truck despite the challenge of having to keep our Tempur-pedic mattress flat during the trip. They also were so great in helping transport our very heavy yard umbrella for us with the sand in the base, to our amazement and utmost gratitude. Wonderful company and great staff!

The team at Commander Moving Inc. were able to meet our needs in a pinch just one day before our scheduled move. Andy in the office performed a great job in coordinating the move logistics and the team of Adam, LiL Eric and Issac performed an awesome job in orchestrating things on move day. DO NOT USE!!!! No rating! Based on the reviews here, I had scheduled commander moving for my move from Antioch to Sacramento and I had the worst moving experience with this company. they did not pack half the staff, did not take my fridge claiming that they are not able to shut down the water an ...Mored even though we got our handyman and our friend telling them what to do they wouldn't listen, they even left my garage stuff, the crib and stated their truck is full so they won't take anything else. The owner had come to our place and looked at every room we even showed him all of the stuff that needs to be packed and moved and yet my experience with the moving company was painful we are continued to suffer by using this moving company as we had to move all of the remaining things by ourselves. when we reached the destination they asked for thousand dollars more than what was decided, just to unpack and put the stuff away. Our experience makes us believe that The reviews here on yelp are fake.

The communication between him and me was flawless and I was advised of everything I needed to know. The movers were Gerry and Irving. They were on time, polite, and extremely hardworking.
