I spoke with Drew to reserve a unit and told him that I was on a really tight schedule and would be rushing to make it there before their office closed. I told him I could make other arrangements, but he reassured me we could make it work. Once I was on my way I called to confirm with him that I ...More'd be cutting it close but I'd make it right around closing. He was rude on the phone and told me we could have avoided this if we had done the lease remotely. I had no choice but to move forward, as planned, in good faith. I arrived at the facility right around closing time and the office was locked and the lights were off. This company does not care about their customers enough to be accommodating within a few minutes of closing and, in no way, offered a solution or any kind of help. I ended up finding an excellent storage company just down the road that was extremely accommodating and moved me in with no prior notice and was cheaper!
