I am almost positive that this is not a legitimate business. There is a long and detailed outgoing message that lends some credibility but the same person answered the phone whenever I had a question. At some point she referred me to the "shipping department" and I got an email from... her. I'm ...Moreso relieved that I canceled the shipping part of my order, I have no confidence that it would have arrived. The refrigerator rental, which I confirmed on the phone with her two weeks prior to my son's arrival at school, was never delivered. When the (same) woman finally called four days later I was told the order had been canceled in July. They also claimed to have refunded my credit card for the amount but I called my credit card company and was charged for the refrigerator.

When we signed up they said they would send boxes and tape, which didn't happen. They were late picking the items up. In the fall they didn't come the day they said they were going to. When they came the next day, my daughter was missing her bike as well as baskets to go into the cubbies.

Unbelievably poor company to do business with they have no issue taking your money and then ghosting you for months. No problem with the pick up, the issue was with the lack of communication. An abhorrently run operation leaving many students without belongings, and overworked on location studen ...Morets trying to make amends with angry parents and students. Way too many issues for this review. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the attorney generals office in the state of Ohio and with American Express. These people should never touch another box again.

If i could give it zero stars I would. I scheduled my drop off time to be between 10-12 in the morning/afternoon and they never came. Have tried texting and calling, nobody answers. This is a disgusting company with zero communication. I still don't know when I will get my furniture.

would give negative stars if I could. I stored my belongings with them two summers and a gap year. My move in appointment was supposed to be 5 days ago; they are incredible delayed, slow to respond, management has slow communication with the move-in teams, no ETA updates for customers; they don' ...Moret pick up their phone line, will not update you for a day and not even know if your belongings have not been delivered. Their solution for the delay was to offer students to go pick up their belongings from local storage, but we LITERALLY PAID for the move in service. Unacceptable. My classes start tomorrow and at this point I either have lost all my belongings or will be moving in while doing homework. Will be filing a complaint with BBB. Do NOT even consider them as an option.
