Overall I had a great experience with Clutter. I needed storage for a year while I traveled and this was the perfect solution. It was great being able to see my items online and request certain stuff when I needed it. Yesterday, all of my items were delivered (Craig was great!) as I'm finally en ...Moreding my nomad travels but if I ever need storage again, I would definitely come back to Clutter!

I like the quick and good service. The guys who made the serve s are always super nice and friendly. The price is ok, unfortunatelly evwrytimw you want to brjng or send some or yori stuff you pay a Iot.

I used Clutter last weekend to move from our 2 bd apartment. The reason why I am giving 1 star is because of the care they took of our belongings -- they only half wrapped the furniture, so the bottom of the pieces were directly dragged in the sidewalks, destroying the bottom of all our furnitur ...Moree. They also did not wrap a few things at all, and arrived to our new place banged and destroyed. The blankets they used were really dirty, so everything was covered by a disgusting black dust that took forever to clean. They also banged our walls everywhere, so both the staircase and my new apartment now have very visible scratches everywhere. The disassembly and reassembly of the beds was not great -- my son's bed is now wobbly and was not properly put together. They also broke a few screws and can't be fixed. Clutter was the most expensive option there was for movers (June is a busy moving month and all good movers were booked) -- I was hoping for a top service given the price difference with others. The booking process and was easy and efficient. The team was nice, but certainly not experienced and not caring for the items they were moving. I would certainly not use them again and I would not recommend them.

Really poor service. They only wrapped a few pieces. They broke two of my items and the amount offered in compensation doesn't even cover a quarter of what they damaged. Mid-move they took a 2.5hr lunch break and I wasn't able to reach them. I was moving a studio apartment - one room - and it to ...Moreok them 4hrs to move things out. Really would not recomend.
