This facility has changed ownership. Immediately raised rates. Extremely un-clear business practices. Double billing people. Was told to write payment to the order of the address of the property.

While the process to take my money went smoothly. Today, I sit outside the gate with a code that doesn't work. I have to wait an hour for someone to show up to let me in. What a waste of my time!!!!

Clutter Storage is awesome! They gave me a great deal on a 10x10 space and the facility is very clean. Sherine was very helpful setting up my account and answering all my questions. Clutter Storage offers free carts to borrow which are great for moving heavy objects to your storage space. ...MoreI'm glad I found this storage unit, after alot of searching they had the best prices in New York.

Their website is super unclear as to what extended services are after a move in, and for the longest time their website wouldn't work for me at all, which complicated the expectations I had for the services they provide. Unless you pick their door to door service, you have to do everything yours ...Moreelf the entirely of them holding onto your belongings. Which is definitely not worth the price point. They don't bill appropriately either. Wouldn't use again if I had to.

I have used Clutter 2 times now and both times went so smoothly. The movers are very thorough and professional. You get real time updates on everything that's happening and they get the job done quickly. Here's the movers Matthew and Gabriel who helped me today! Thanks so much.

Thank you Asha and Lafontaine for an easy and efficient move out of my college dorm today. They arrived early, were very friendly and worked quick.
