DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I chose Closetbox because they appeared to charge less than renting a pre-determined size room. I also liked their pickup and delivery service. I estimated the type and quantity their website allowed and got my price estimate. But when I went back to website to edit it ...More with the actual numbers, the site would not allow me to edit it. I called customer service to see if they could help, but they could not. They couldn't even give me any idea of how they came up with the amount, thus making it impossible for me to decide what items I wanted to get rid of rather than store. I ended up being given a monthly rate $45 higher than I had planned. Within less than a year the rate increased 20%. That was when I decided to look for cheaper storage units. I found one that charged $100 less per month so ordered my items to be delivered. The delivery estimated time came and went with no phone call telling me when or if they were coming. Turns out their driver just decided to quit for the day without anyone letting me know. I called Closetbox customer service who was unable to find out anything. I ended up having to sleuth it out on my own. By the time they arrived, the person who was going to help me after this delivery wad no longer available. I requested a partial refund of the delivery fee but Closetbox refused, saying they were not responsible. In a nutshell, they have poor and inadequate customer service, they are highly overpriced, and the do not take responsibility for the poor service of its contracted services.
